INTRODUCTION

Hi I’m Arunava Chatterjee, practitioner of evidence based solutions for your fitness goals. I am a certified fitness professional. I have completed the prestigious HENSELMANS PERSONAL TRAINER COURSE to become a CERTIFIED HENSELMANS PT and hold a certificate in Nutrition and Fitness from INFS. I also hold degrees in Engineering and Management from IIT Roorkee and MDI.

If you are reading this it means you have decided to start your fitness journey. Well congratulations! This is one the best decisions one can make. Pursuing fitness takes commitment but the benefits are multifold and stay with you through life.

I have had the privilege of working with many clients. I have trained students, working professionals, homemakers and retirees, people from late teens to sixties, and many more, all with one common desire, to get fit. Most are enjoying the benefits of having made a wiseer choice, maintaining their body composition with proper diet and exercise, even after completing their program

ABOUT ME

I was always a sports lover being an active member of sports teams in school and university. I got into fitness, after I was done with corporate life! I spent many years in the corporate world, during which time I did exceedingly well as far as career graph was concerned but failed when it came to health and wellbeing. I suffered from back injuries, and fell prey to diabetes, high cholesterol, and BP. Corporate world tends to take a toll on everyone!

Getting into fitness has been a boon for me, a second life and the knowledge I have gained has helped me lead a pain free medicine free life. I now coach others full time to help them become fit.
