your Basel Metabolic Rate ( BMR ), Total Daily Energy Expenditure ( TDEE ) and

desired calorie deficit.

Based on the above you will be given a set of macros to be

followed for a week.

Weekly progress to be sent by you each week as per schedule

in prescribed format with pics and any requests.

Based on your progress you will be asked to either follow

the same macros or will be asked to follow a new set of macros.

Unlimited number of questions all seven days a week via

email only. You will get response from me in less than 20 hours, all days

including weekends and holidays.
